To the restaurant from accessible parking – Use the accessible ramp on the exterior side to the north of the front door, take the elevator to the second floor, and enter the restaurant.
To the lobby from accessible parking – Use the ramp on the north of the building to access the main entrance. Double doors and single doors available. Accessible parking located at the base of the ramp.
To reception/check-in desk – Reception desk located immediately inside lobby doors.
To elevators – Located on the backside of the fireplace in the lobby.
To other points of interest – To the north of the building, take the ramp to the walkway to beach access. Only beach access on the property is via stairs. Ramp located at Tolovana Park.

The guestroom is located on the first floor. Entry door and hallways are sufficiently wide and floors are level and free from obstructions.
When the accessible guest room is reserved, it is blocked and removed from all reservation systems and held for the reserving guest and guaranteed, even if the normal practice is not to guarantee.
Health & Safety
Through our management company, Columbia Hospitality, we’ve also partnered with Ecolab, a global leader in infection prevention, to take our already stringent safety and sanitation protocols to the next level through the Columbia Clean program.
COLUMBIA CLEAN PROTOCOLS INCLUDE:
- Utilizing highly effective and sustainable Ecolab cleaning products to clean and disinfect throughout the properties.
- Utilizing training and procedures as recommended by Ecolab and the CDC.
- Increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing culinary tools and kitchen work areas, sanitizing POS systems between uses, and more.
- Enhancing cleaning and sanitation standards throughout guestrooms, event spaces, common areas, heart-of-house spaces, and more.
- De-cluttering paper and other amenities, such as directories, magazines, scorecards, etc., and supplementing with digital options or providing amenities upon request.
- Increasing the number of customer-accessible sanitizing stations at primary entrances and high-traffic locations like elevators and lobbies.
- Launching Columbia Clean Teams; team members thoroughly trained on health, hygiene, safety, and sanitization standards and responsible for upholding these standards.
