Stephanie Inn Wine Dinner with Adelsheim Vineyard and Special Guest, David Adelsheim

Enjoy a fall feast like no other, as Executive Chef Aaron Bedard prepares a 5-course, prix fixe dinner paired with Adelsheim Vineyard’s extraordinary wines.  Taking inspiration from local farms, ranches and fishermen in our coastal backyard, Chef Aaron makes delicious magic out of Oregon’s bounty, and special guests David Adelsheim, along with Adelsheim’s certified sommelier Sam Schmitt, will visit with guests tableside as they enjoy their Adelsheim wine pairings.  See menu below.

Note, guests who are seeking a truly immersive wine experience should look at the daytime Stephanie Inn Sojourn experience David and Sam will be leading on October 4th from 1-4pm, Inside the Mind of a Winemaker.  Guests who sign up for the Sojourn will be seated with David and Sam at the evening dinner.
