OUR OCEAN BACKYARD: Located about 32 miles south of Stephanie Inn on the Oregon Coast, regenerative practices to farm and harvest sea vegetables have inspired a wave of culinary creatives to experiment with Wakame, Kombu, and Pacific Dulse Seaweed. Chef Aaron Bedard has crafted an approachable elevated menu that celebrates all that our Ocean backyard has to offer.
