This luxury coastal adventure begins with a comfortable early morning departure from the Inn and includes seamless round-trip transportation to the docks in Ilwaco, Washington. Guests will enjoy a full day aboard a premium fishing vessel, traveling south along the stunning North Oregon Coast.

The day includes all gear, guidance from expert local fishing guides, lunch, snacks, and beverages. After returning to the Inn, guests can unwind with our Northwest Wine & Beer Gathering, followed by a 5:30 seating in the Stephanie Inn Dining Room complete with the cellar selection wine pairing.
