A SPRING EXPERIENCE IN BLOOM:
As the land awakens from its winter slumber, so do the bees.
Known for sourcing exceptional and niche ingredients and products within a 500-mile radius, Stephanie Inn’s Executive Chef Aaron Bedard and The Kitchen at Abeja’s Executive Chef Jacob Crenshaw celebrate winter’s end and spring’s awakening, beginning with a welcome at our famed NW Wine & Beer Gathering in the Library followed by a lavish multi-course dinner featuring the seasonal generosity of the Northwest.
From the Walla Walla Valley to the Oregon Coast, expect to indulge in an array of artfully inspired dishes prepared with locally and regionally grown ingredients, meticulously paired with some of Walla Walla’s highly acclaimed, award-winning wines from Abeja Winery.
