Inspired by local ingredients at the peak of their season, Chef Aaron Bedard creates a culinary exploration of the bounty of the Pacific Northwest region.
Start your evening with one of our classic craft cocktails. Enjoy a seasonal prix fixe, five-course dinner, with your choice of entrée.
Add on our suggested wine pairings to your meal or a bottle from our prized* selection of exceptional Oregon wines that showcase the state’s spectacular variety of producers and styles. Relax over coffee and candlelight as you contemplate a night stroll on the beach.

Seating is by reservation only. We have two seatings each evening at 5:30 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. *The Stephanie Inn Dining Room is proud to be one of just seven coastal restaurants to earn an Oregon Wine A-List Restaurant designation.

Breakfast at The Stephanie Dining Room is legendary. With seasonal ingredients, locally sourced, we offer a daily selection of savory and sweet breakfast entrees such as smoked salmon Benedict with brown butter Hollandaise, lemon curd-stuffed French toast with Grande Marnier strawberries and bacon, and a Morel mushroom frittata, as well as:

  • Organic, free trade Sleepy Monk coffee, locally roasted in Cannon Beach
  • House-baked breads and scones made by our pastry chef
  • A variety of jams
  • Seasonal fresh fruits, Oregon sourced whenever possible
  • Bob’s Red Mill steel-cut oats with maple syrup, nuts and dried fruit
  • We are happy to accommodate guests with food allergies/sensitivities
