Welcome to Stephanie Inn Sojourns—a guest experience program featuring one-of-a-kind, edible excursions and guided adventures with Executive Chef Aaron Bedard, in collaboration with other premier chefs, makers, artists and outdoor experts, along Oregon’s spectacular North Coast. 2018 promises an exciting lineup—from celebrity guest chefs, to epic salmon fishing to a behind the scenes craft brewing and tasting tour.

Leave with new recipes, skills and take-home treats. That evening, feast on a collaborative dinner in the dining room.

What a Catch!

After last year’s rave guest reviews, What a Catch! is back, but this year we’ll troll the fabled waters near Astoria where the mighty Columbia River meets the Pacific. Stephanie Inn Chef Aaron Bedard and expert angler guide David Johnson helm the adventure as you search for Chinook salmon and Oregon Dungeness crab, then finish off that night with an ocean’s bounty feast in the Stephanie Inn Dining Room.
