Fresh from the Sea, the Fields, and the Vines

Intimate, relaxed, and deeply delicious, dinner at the award-winning Stephanie Inn Dining Room is pure pleasure. Inspired by local ingredients at the peak of their season, Chef Aaron Bedard creates a nightly feast celebrating the flavors of the food mecca known as Oregon.

Roasted Willamette Valley grass-fed lamb, delicate Chinook salmon fresh off the Astoria docks, heirloom tomatoes, honey, and blueberries from our own Public Coast Farm reflect the joy Chef Aaron brings to his dishes. Kick off your evening with a classic craft cocktail as you await a seasonal prix fixe, four-course dinner, with your choice of entrée. Add our suggested wine pairings to your meal or a bottle from our prized selection of exceptional Oregon wines that showcase the state’s spectacular variety of producers and styles. Relax over coffee and candlelight as you contemplate the moon rising over the waves.

Seating is by reservation only. Visitors to Cannon Beach are also welcome in the Dining Room, based on availability.

During the winter season, we offer a single dinner seating at 5:30pm from Sunday through Thursday.

Two seatings are available on Friday & Saturday, 5:30pm & 8:00pm.

From Farm to Culinary Magic at the Stephanie Inn

Nestled at the base of Oregon’s Coastal Range just west of Portland, Public Coast Farm is a 40-acre culinary farm created by Stephanie Inn owners Ryan and Stephanie Snyder to provide year-round, organic ingredients for our chefs. Lush with 10 acres of blueberries, 750 heirloom tomato plants, apple, pear, and peach orchards, beehives, and hops, the farm is a food and drink playground for Chef Aaron Bedard here at the Stephanie Inn, and for Brewmaster Will LeRoux at our brewery, Public Coast Brewing Co., in downtown Cannon Beach. Ask your server about what’s on the menu from our farm and look for specialty goods in our gift shop.
